Terms & Conditions:
- The applicant’s age must be between 22 and 70 years, age of the client or guarantor not to exceed 65 years at the time of approval.
- The minimum period of service at the current workplace must be at least 3 months.
- For expatriates, professionals, freelancers, and companies, the minimum period of service or operation must be at least (1) year.
- Fire and theft insurance for the property is mandatory (land is excluded).
- The property must be registered in the name of Specialized Islamic Finance company and leased to the client under a financial lease arrangement.
